Vitamin B6 & Folate: Vitamin B6 is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous and immune systems healthy. It may help to support mood regulation, promote brain health, and may be useful in treating PMS symptoms. Since Vitamin B6 is not produced by your body, you need to obtain it through supplements or through your diet.
Methylated Folate is the most active and natural form of folate. Folate is important in red blood cell formation and for healthy cell growth and function. It also supports pregnancy by assisting in the growth and development of unborn babies. Folate also boosts energy through metabolizing carbohydrates.
Selenium & Calcium Selenium is an antioxidant that supports women's health. It is known for helping support thyroid health, boosting the immune system, and protecting cells from damage. It can also help improve cognition and fertility.
